This policy explains what information Get Custom Rugs (“we”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to the practices described here.

When you submit our quote or contact forms, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email, phone number, company, and project information such as door or room measurements, quantities and artwork files. We also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, and referral source) through Google Analytics via Google Site Kit, and advertising and measurement data through the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and related cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare quotes and mockups, produce and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your project, and improve the site. Artwork you send is used to build your mockup and your order, and is kept on file so that reorders match your previous run — you can ask us to delete it at any time. We also use your contact information for marketing, including email follow-ups and advertising on Google and Meta platforms, such as retargeting ads shown to people who have visited this site.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics (Google Analytics / Site Kit) and advertising (Meta Pixel). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality. You can also opt out of personalized ads through Google and Meta’s ad settings.

Third parties

We share data only as needed to operate: with Google and Meta for analytics and advertising, with our email and SMTP provider to send notifications and follow-ups, and with the production and freight partners who make and deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your choices

We retain quote, artwork and order information as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information — including your stored artwork files — at any time by emailing george@getcustomrugs.com.
