Every building already owns a piece of branding that gets touched by every single visitor, and almost nobody thinks about it. The mat inside the front door is walked on by guests, delivery drivers, inspectors and the candidate who arrived twenty minutes early for an interview. Most of the time it is a grey rental that has been through a truck wash a hundred times, with somebody else’s logo faded into a corner. That struck us as a strange thing to leave to chance.
So we build the other version: dense commercial fiber cut to your actual doorway, your artwork dyed into the yarn rather than printed on top of it, and a backing chosen for the floor it is going to sit on. It costs about what the forgettable version costs, and it is the first thing anyone sees.
Why we exist
Floor covering is usually sold two ways, and neither one serves a facilities buyer well. There is the rental route, where you never own anything, the artwork is whatever the service truck brings back, and the mat quietly gets swapped for a thinner one over the years. And there is the catalog route, where you pick the closest stock size to your doorway and live with the four inches of bare tile on either side.
We do the third thing. You own the piece, it is cut to the opening you measured, and the artwork is yours — redrawn by our designers if all you have is a photo of your sign, laid out on a scaled template, and proved to you before a single yard of fiber is dyed. Nothing goes into production until you have said yes to a mockup that shows exact dimensions, artwork position and color chips.
The other half of the job is memory. Your approved file, fiber, backing and cut sizes stay on record, which is why the mat you order for the fourth building in three years comes back identical to the first one. That consistency is usually what a portfolio manager actually wants, and it is the part most suppliers cannot deliver.
